Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer $6 flat rate shipping to the US. We also offer free shipping on orders $50 or more!

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at escentialsmellcandles@ gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Local delivery is available for all orders within the Hartford or Middlesex County. There is a local delivery charge of $8 that will be added onto your order.

Deliveries are made from 1- 4 on Saturdays and Sundays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
